Important information we need you to read.

RESERVATIONS

Please note we allow 1.5 hrs for tables of 2 persons and 2 hrs for tables of 4 persons.

We do not take reservations of 5 persons and over.

We now require credit card details for all reservations to protect us against no-shows. Please note, no amount is debited from your card on booking, it is simply held for security purposes. 

For any no-shows or any cancellations made on the day of your arrival for whatever reason either by phone, email or online a charge of £20 per person will be applicable.

ZERO TOLERANCE

We have a very strict zero tolerance policy at La Locanda. We will not accept or tolerate any rudeness, aggression or unacceptable behaviour towards any of our staff. Any such act or behaviour will result in you being asked to immediately leave the premises.

We ask you to treat all our staff courteously at all times.
